Risk Management Rules
Max Daily Drawdown – 3% (Trailing)
What is it?
Your equity must not fall more than 3% below your starting balance in a single day.
How is it calculated?
Based on the initial balance, resets daily at 00:00 UTC.
Example:
On a $100K account, your daily drawdown limit is $3,000.
Max Overall Drawdown – 5% (Trailing)
What is it?
A trailing drawdown based on your highest recorded balance.
How is it calculated?
If your account peaks at $105,000, the trailing drawdown limit becomes $99,750 (5% below).
It never decreases, only adjusts when a new peak is achieved.
Max Loss per Trade – 2%
Each individual trade must not risk more than 2% of your account balance.
Consistency Rule – 25%
What is it?
No single trading day can contribute more than 25% of the total profits during a payout cycle.
Example:
If you request a payout of $4,000, no single day should exceed $1,000 of that total.
What happens if I break this rule?
Your account won't be breached.
You simply won’t be eligible for a payout until you meet this rule again.
