Yes. There are no restrictions on trading around scheduled news events at Atlas Futures. NFP, FOMC, CPI and any other high-impact release — you can have positions open before, during and after with no intervention from us.
That said, major news windows carry real execution risk. Prices can move hard and fast, fills may not land where you expect them, and order behaviour can shift under heavy volatility. Atlas Futures takes no responsibility for how your trades are executed during these windows. If you choose to trade them, that is entirely your call and your risk to manage.
