Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising or other paid media that targets Atlas Funded's brand-related keywords.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Bidding on our brand name "Atlas Funded" or any variation, misspelling, or close approximation (e.g., "Atlas Funding," "Atlas Fund," etc.)
Using Atlas Funded's brand name in the headline, description, display URL, or as a keyword in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other PPC platform
Creating landing pages designed to rank for our brand keywords with the primary goal of redirecting organic or paid traffic to affiliate links
These actions are considered attempts to divert or hijack organic traffic and are grounds for immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Atlas Funded reserves the right to monitor and audit affiliate advertising activities at any time to ensure compliance.
