The daily drawdown limit is the maximum amount your account balance is permitted to fall on any single trading day. It is calculated from your balance at the start of each trading day.
If your account falls by the daily drawdown percentage in a single day, your challenge or funded account will be failed immediately. This rule applies during both the evaluation phase and on live funded accounts.
