All open positions must be closed by 4:45 PM EST each trading day. This is your responsibility — ensure all positions are closed before this time. Applies at all stages — evaluation and funded.
How drawdown is calculated:
All drawdown is calculated end-of-day (EOD). Your max loss limit only updates at market close — not intraday. Normal session volatility and floating losses do not count toward your limit unless those positions are still open at the EOD check.
Holiday and early close sessions On exchange holidays and shortened sessions, all positions must be closed before the relevant exchange early close time. A holiday schedule is published at the start of each month.
Traders are responsible for monitoring early close times for each contract they trade.
