What practices are strictly prohibited?

Any of the below will result in your account being closed immediately and all profits forfeited. There is no appeal process for confirmed violations of these rules.

  • HFT & execution exploitation — strategies built around speed advantages, pricing delays or execution vulnerabilities rather than genuine market analysis

  • Arbitrage — any form of arbitrage including latency-based, statistical or cross-platform approaches

  • Spoofing & layering — placing orders you have no intention of executing in order to create false market signals or mislead the system

  • Cross-account hedging — using multiple Atlas accounts to hold opposing positions on the same instrument, effectively locking in a guaranteed outcome

  • Account sharing — your account belongs to you. No third party should have access to it, your credentials or your login under any circumstances

  • Account stacking — buying multiple evaluation accounts and breaching them intentionally hoping to get lucky. We track patterns across purchases and this will result in a platform ban

  • Gambling-style risk — entering positions with stop losses disproportionately larger than profit targets with no legitimate trading rationale. This is not a strategy — it is a breach

  • Platform exploitation — taking advantage of bugs, data errors or pricing anomalies in the simulation. Any profits generated this way will be forfeited

  • VPN use — trading through a VPN or any tool designed to mask or change your real geographic location is not permitted

  • Falsified records — submitting doctored screenshots, edited statements or any fabricated evidence in connection with your account or a payout request
