What Happens If I Breach the Trading Rules During the Evaluation?

If you breach any of the trading rules during the evaluation, your account will be considered failed, and you will need to purchase a new evaluation to continue.

Common Reasons for Breaching the Evaluation Rules

  • Exceeding the Daily Drawdown Limit

    • 5% for Atlas Trader & Atlas Plus

    • 3% for Atlas Express

  • Exceeding the Total Drawdown Limit

    • 10% for Atlas Trader

    • 8% for Atlas Plus

    • 7% for Atlas Express

  • Violating Other Risk Management Rules, such as improper lot sizing or abusive trading practices.

What If the Breach Was Due to a Technical Issue?

  • If a rule breach occurs due to a technical error on our side, Atlas Funded will investigate the issue.

  • If the error is confirmed, the account may be reinstated.

  • Otherwise, the account will remain invalidated, and you will have to start over with a new challenge.

How to Avoid a Rule Breach

  • Monitor your positions carefully to stay within the drawdown limits.

  • Use stop-loss orders to manage risk effectively.

  • Follow your trading plan and avoid unnecessary high-risk trades.
