    • Include details about the trade(s) affected, such as order IDs, execution times, and pricing discrepancies.

  2. Check Your Internet & Platform Status

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

    • Restart your platform and check if the issue persists.

  3. Report the Issue to Atlas Funded Support

When reporting the issue, provide as much detail as possible to help our team investigate and resolve it quickly.

What Happens If a Technical Issue Causes a Breach?

If a confirmed platform-related issue (e.g., execution failure, pricing error) results in a breach of trading rules, Atlas Funded will review the case and may reinstate your evaluation or funded account if necessary.
