Can I Change My Platform During an Evaluation?
Switching platforms during an evaluation is not allowed to ensure consistency in performance and execution. Once you begin trading, your account is linked to the platform you selected at the time of purchase.
Can I Switch Platforms After Completing My Evaluation?
If you have a strong reason for switching platforms after completing an evaluation—such as technical issues or a preference change—you can contact Atlas Funded support to discuss your options. While platform changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to accommodate your request in certain cases.
What If I Purchased the Wrong Platform by Mistake?
If you accidentally purchased an evaluation on the wrong platform and have not placed any trades yet, we will happily switch your account to the correct platform at no additional cost. Simply reach out to our support team before you begin trading.
