All drawdown on Atlas Futures accounts is calculated end-of-day (EOD). The system checks your balance at market close, not intraday. This means normal intraday volatility and floating losses do not count toward your drawdown limit unless they are still open at the time of the EOD calculation. This applies to both evaluation and funded accounts.
