From pending to available
| Stage | What it means |

| Pending | The sale is recorded. It stays here for 14 days ("Undergoing verification"), in case of a refund or chargeback. |
| Available to payout | Cleared and yours to withdraw. |
| Paid | Sent to your payout method. |
Requesting a payout
Reach $50 available
The Request payout button unlocks once at least $50 has cleared.
Choose a method and amount
Pick Rise or USDT (ERC-20) and enter your details.
Review and payment
Each request is checked for fraud and reviewed by the risk and finance teams, then paid. You can follow it in Payout history. You can have one request in progress at a time.
Good to know
- There is no fixed payout calendar. Request whenever you have $50 or more available.
- Refunds or chargebacks after a commission is paid are deducted from your future earnings.
- Affiliate payouts are separate from trading payouts and don't need a funded account.
