Account limits
Daily loss lockout
On Atlas Standard, losing 2% in a day locks the account until the next 4:45 PM ET reset. It isn't a breach.
Only Atlas Standard has a daily loss limit. Apex, Direct and Live have none.

What happens
If your equity falls 2% below where it stood at the start of the trading day:
- All positions are closed.
- Trading is locked until the next reset at 4:45 PM New York time.
- The account stays open. You trade again after the reset.
It can still end the account
The lockout doesn't protect you from the drawdown floor. If the same loss also takes your equity below your drawdown floor, the account is breached.
