Troubleshooting

Futures accounts are on the same Accounts page as CFD/Forex accounts at app.atlasfunded.com. If a new account isn't there a few minutes after payment, check you are signed in with the email you bought with, then contact support with your order number.

Funded accounts need a signed agreement first. Open the account on Statistics and press Sign Contract in the banner. Your login activates automatically within a few minutes. See Sign and get your login.

Copy the login, server (or group) and password from Statistics → Credentials rather than retyping them. On MT5, use the master password; the investor password is read-only. If it still fails, send support your account number and platform.

Accounts are created automatically after payment and usually appear within a few minutes. Refresh Accounts and check the Inactive tab and any filters. If it's been more than 30 minutes, contact support with your order email.

Open Request payout and read the Payout eligibility checklist. It names the check that is not met yet. See Payout eligibility.

On funded accounts this happens when you request a payout, when Atlas Protector triggers, when a position is opened inside a news window, or when margin use reaches 80% (margin usage). Check your notifications and the History tab on Statistics.

That is a deduction from the news, short-trade or margin-usage rule. Only profit is removed; the account stays open. See Breaches and deductions.

Data syncs from the platform and can take up to two minutes. Rule checks are not delayed by the chart: the risk engine reads equity continuously.
