Payout Reward Guarantee
First payouts are processed within 24 working hours and later ones within 48. If we are late, we credit you $1,000.
We are committed to paying you quickly and reliably. The Payout Reward Guarantee sets out how fast your payout is processed and what you receive if it is late.
Guaranteed payout timing

Working hours are 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM BST.
If your payout is late
If we fail to pay you within the guaranteed time frame, we credit $1,000 to your account:
- $500 is credited with the delayed payout.
- $500 is credited to your next payout.
Why it matters
- Reliable payouts: you can count on being paid on time.
- Compensation for delays: the extra funds reward your patience if we miss the window.
- Transparency: clear rules on working hours and payout timing.
Exclusions
The Payout Reward Guarantee does not apply to giveaway or collaborator accounts. It is reserved for funded trading accounts under standard program terms.
