Identity verification (KYC)
Verify your identity once, with Veriff, before your first payout. You don't need it to trade.
You need an approved identity check before any payout can be paid. You do not need it to buy or trade. The same check covers CFD/Forex and futures accounts.
When it starts
Your first payout request unlocks the verification flow, and the payout shows KYC required until you are approved. Your status is always visible under Settings → Profile → KYC. Complete it as soon as it opens so the payout isn't held up.
What is checked
Verification runs through Veriff and takes a few minutes on your phone or computer:
- A government-issued photo ID: passport, national ID card or driving licence.
- A selfie / liveness check, matched against the ID photo.
- Automated sanctions and PEP screening.
- Your country of residence.
Tips
- The name on your ID must match the legal name on your Atlas account and your agreement.
- Use good light, and make sure all four corners of the ID are visible.
- If verification is declined, your KYC history shows the result. Contact support if you are unsure what to fix.
